In the Spring Semester 2014, Erin Willbur graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. While a student, she worked on campus for the College of Music in the administration office as well as the MSU Dining Staff. She participated in MSU‘S Small Animals Day giving away educational gifts to children and setting up a coloring booth.

Erin gives back to her community in many ways, especially her home town of Battle Creek, MI. The Pennfield High School’s participation in a citywide community service day through United Way was orgnaized by Erin as Student Government President. Some of her other achievements include volunteering for the Special Olympics, Ronald McDonald House, Salvation Army Gift Donation and the 2nd Annual Youth Day of Caring.

As a college student, Erin is an active member for the Food & Nutrition Association, Minorities in Agriculture and Natural Resources Association and was one of the USDA Multicultural Scholars.
